All our products including sweets, dry fruits, snacks, namkeen, and gift boxes are food items and perishable in nature. Therefore, returns or exchanges are not allowed once the order is confirmed or the product is delivered.
2. Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:
The product delivered is damaged at the time of delivery
The product delivered is incorrect or different from the order placed
The product is missing from the confirmed order
Such issues must be reported immediately at the time of delivery or within a reasonable time after delivery, along with valid proof.
3. Verification Process
All refund or replacement requests are subject to verification by Sri Balaji Mithai Bhandar. We reserve the right to accept or reject claims based on our assessment.
4. Mode of Refund
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment mode or bank policies.
5. No Refund in Certain Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
Change of mind after order confirmation
Delay in consumption or improper storage after delivery
Taste preference or personal dissatisfaction
Failed delivery due to customer unavailability or incorrect address
6. Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations may be accepted only before order preparation begins. Once preparation has started, cancellation and refunds are not possible.
7. Delivery-Related Issues
Sri Balaji Mithai Bhandar is not responsible for quality issues caused by delays beyond our control or mishandling after delivery.
8. Final Decision
All decisions regarding returns, refunds, or replacements taken by Sri Balaji Mithai Bhandar shall be final and binding.
